Returns & Refunds:

Basilur Tea NZ will gladly accept returns within 10 days. The packets/tins must be unopened/unused and have an original hologram protection seal on. Please provide the order number along with your returned product.

Refund will be issued once the product returned to us in its original state.

Basilur Tea NZ offers FREE shipping within New Zealand.

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days once the payment has been processed.

Orders placed on the weekend or on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
